A WORD FROM OUR FOUNDER

We train college students — young men and women — in mental fitness so they can face life’s hardest moments with strength, not silence. We’re building a culture that talks openly about adversity, equips students with tools to handle it, and reminds them that hope is never out of reach.

But here’s the truth: what’s happening right now isn’t working.

  • Suicide is the second-leading cause of death among college-aged students.

  • 1 in 3 college students report experiencing persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness.

  • Rates of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse have more than doubled over the past decade on campuses nationwide.

The traditional model — awareness campaigns with no follow-up, one-off seminars with no action — isn’t enough.

Students need more than posters and pamphlets. They need training. They need structure. They need a game plan.

That’s what we provide.
