Texas Christian University, where a new chapter began.

In 2025, David Maxwell and Sofia Collins brought The Fight Against Suicide to Texas for the very first time — launching the movement at Texas Christian University. What started as an idea quickly became a call to action, uniting students around one mission: to confront suicide openly and build a stronger culture of mental fitness on campus.

At TCU, TFAS is about connection, courage, and showing up for one another — proving that real strength comes from speaking up, stepping in, and fighting together.
