Lou Corsetti
Mental Agility FoundationLou Corsetti is a man defined by leadership in high-pressure environments, from the fast-paced trading floors of Wall Street to the sidelines of championship lacrosse fields. Today, as the President of the Mental Agility Foundation, Lou has dedicated his life to a new arena: the fight against the stigma of mental illness and the prevention of suicide. Following the legacy of his son, Gordon Corsetti, Lou is a leading voice in the Mental movement. He specializes in taking the complex, often frightening world of mental health and breaking it down into actionable, coachable skills. Using Gordon’s groundbreaking teaching methods, Lou helps audiences, from student-athletes to corporate executives, learn how to attack depressed thoughts and navigate internal turbulence with the same precision an athlete uses to read a defense. His goal is simple: to provide the tools for a life worth staying for; and to ensure that no one fights their internal battles in silence.
